If I Can U Can If I Can U Can If I Can U Can

"Feel Safe to Unlock Your
Capabilities."

I've worked in the construction business my entire life.  I learned the basics when I first picked up a shovel as a young boy for the family's business.  It was literally a "school of hard knocks" as I learned necessary skills alongside my brothers, gaining first-hand experience and learning the importance of teamwork.  By the age of 12, I'd already overseen a full workforce crew, and by age 16, I was negotiating contracts.  I am very grateful and proud of my loving parents, Jimmy and Rosie Otero, who taught me that "there's no such thing as mistakes, just experiences from which to learn." I approach every task with those words in mind.

I'm proud of all the knowledge and experiences I've gained in 37 years, but I still find myself hungry for more. I anxiously await the next challenge to cross my path. My unending need to succeed has brought me skills in public relations as well as tactical problem solving. Although I've already achieved most of my life's goals and dreams, I hold on to my zest for life and look forward to what lies ahead.

If I Can U Can

I am confidant and walk with pride in knowing that I have learned from my failures. In 1985, I became the youngest elected official in America at age 18, though politics was "not my cup of tea," I moved on with the family business. In 1994, I began my own business as a mechanical contractor, clearing over $300,000.00 in revenues. Within three years, my business had grown to the extent that I was a full-blown real-estate land developer. By 2000, in an ailing economy that turned from demand to supply within months, I was faced with a multi-million dollar liquidation bankruptcy. While not a pleasant experience, I am a stronger businessman by having recovered and living proof that "there's no such thing as mistakes, just experiences from which to learn."
